By using the services of New York Watchmaker ("we", "us"), you agree that all repair estimates are preliminary. Final pricing is confirmed upon physical inspection. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage hidden by rust or prior improper service.
We strongly recommend using our provided insured shipping labels. New York Watchmaker is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit inbound to our facility if you use your own shipping method.
We provide a 24-month warranty on full overhauls. This warranty covers the mechanical function of the movement. It does not cover impact damage, moisture damage due to open crowns, or external components (crystals, bracelets, bezels).
New York Watchmaker is an independent service center. We are not authorized dealers for Rolex, Patek Philippe, or any other brand. We are a private repair atelier.
We collect your name, email, and shipping address solely for the purpose of processing your repair. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your personal information is stored securely and used only for service fulfillment and communication regarding your timepiece.
